1. 60-Day Refund Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked.
2. How to Request
Email us at support@lmvofficial.com with your order number and reason (optional). We typically process refunds within 5–7 business days.
3. No Refunds After 60 Days
Refund requests made after 60 days will not be eligible unless required by local law.
4. Hygiene Notice
Due to the personal nature of our product, returns of opened items are not accepted. Your refund will still be honored based on satisfaction—no physical return required.
5. Subscription Charges (if applicable)
If LMV™ Aura Edition is offered as a recurring subscription, you may cancel anytime before the next billing date. No refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods.
